Welcome

These Terms of Service govern your use of Zavorium. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

What the Service Does

Zavorium lets users create, save, and share recipes; manage favorites and reviews; plan meals; maintain shopping lists and pantry inventory; and use AI-assisted tools such as recipe generation, pantry dish generation, meal-plan generation, image generation, inventory photo scanning, voice input, and voice-assisted search.

ZiggyBot Guest Access and Account Actions

These terms apply to both signed-out visitors and account holders. Guests may use the ZiggyBot widget to ask about Zavorium and discover existing public recipes. Access to your own recipes, inventory, shopping lists, and meal plans, and requests to create or save content, require sign-in. Guest access does not authorize access to another person's private content.

ZiggyBot uses AI to interpret requests and rank recipe results. Different wording can affect results, and searches may cover only a limited set of recipes. A missing result does not establish that a recipe does not exist. Recipe recommendations and search matches are not guarantees of dietary suitability or allergen safety. Review the actual recipe and ingredients before relying on a result.

For signed-in actions that present an approval control, review the complete proposal, visibility setting, and any displayed Zideons Credits cost before approving. A recipe proposal is not a saved recipe. An approved recipe save may generate its associated AI image and charge the displayed cost as part of completing the save. Recovery or retry processing may continue an already-approved action; closing the widget or leaving the page does not cancel that action. Check its reported result and your saved content before requesting a duplicate.

Voice input is optional and requires a supported browser and microphone permission. In the widget, selecting Stop or reaching the listening time limit submits recognized speech as a chat message, including any text already in the composer. Transcription and punctuation may be incorrect. A voice message does not replace a separate approval control for an action that requires confirmation.

Guest chat and public recipe search do not debit a Zideons Credits wallet. Message limits, service availability, and anti-abuse controls may apply. Do not use guest access to bypass sign-in requirements, access controls, or usage limits.

Acceptable Use

You May

• Create recipes and meal-planning content for personal or community use
• Use the available AI tools within the limits shown in the app
• Use text and supported voice features to search or create content
• Upload or capture kitchen inventory photos that you have the right to process
• Save favorites, leave reviews, and manage your own account settings
• Contact support about bugs, account issues, or feature requests

You May Not

• Post content you do not have the right to use or share
• Impersonate other people, misrepresent affiliation, or abuse admin or account systems
• Upload photos that violate someone else's privacy, include sensitive personal information, or that you do not have permission to use
• Probe, attack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app, infrastructure, or security features
• Attempt to evade Zideons Credits limits, daily resets, moderation controls, or anti-abuse protections
• Use the service for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, spammy, or abusive activity

Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account
• You must keep your login credentials and access to your devices secure
• The app uses inactivity timeouts and session controls for security
• Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization

Email Notifications

You may choose to receive recipe notification emails when another user creates a recipe that matches one or more of your selected favorite tags. These notifications are optional and are sent to the email address associated with your account.

You can change your favorite tags, disable recipe notifications from your Profile settings, or use the notification-management link included in an email. Email delivery may be delayed, filtered, or unsuccessful because of mail-provider rules, service availability, or other technical conditions, so notification delivery is not guaranteed.

User Content

Public and Private Content

Recipes you mark as public may be shown in listings, search results, recipe pages, and ZiggyBot recipe results available to signed-out visitors. Recipes you mark as private are intended to be visible only to you and admins. Reviews, ratings, and certain profile details you choose to share may also be visible to other users or visitors.

AI Features and Food Safety

You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated output before relying on it. Inventory photo scans may miss items, identify the wrong item, assign the wrong category, or infer quantities incorrectly. Always verify ingredients, allergens, nutrition assumptions, temperatures, cooking times, storage guidance, and food safety practices. Zavorium does not provide medical, nutritional, allergy, or professional culinary advice.

Zideons Credits and Feature Limits

Zavorium uses the shared Zideons Credits wallet for recipe generation, inventory AI dish suggestions, and meal-plan generation. Standard users currently receive 12 app-specific free Zideons Credits each day, which reset at midnight U.S. Eastern Time and do not roll over. Each of these billable actions currently uses 3 Zideons Credits. After the app-specific allowance is spent, eligible subscription, promotional, earned, and purchased balances may be used across participating Zideons applications.

The full cost is reserved before provider work, committed only when the requested billable result is returned, and ordinarily released if the action fails or produces no billable result. Zavorium may correct duplicate, incomplete, abusive, or inconsistent reservations and ledger entries.

Zideons Credits have no cash value, are not money or stored monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable except where required by law. Purchased credits do not expire under the current policy. Purchases, orders, refunds, taxes, payment disputes, and account-wide history are managed by the central Zideons billing service and the terms presented at purchase. Voluntary refunds are limited to the unused proportional purchased credits associated with an order, except where law or payment-provider policy requires otherwise.

Moderation and Enforcement

We may review content and account activity to enforce these terms, protect the service, investigate abuse, and support users. We may remove content, limit features, suspend access, or delete accounts if we believe there has been misuse, policy violations, unlawful conduct, or risk to the platform or other users.

Account Deletion

ZiggyBot conversation history is managed separately. Deleting a conversation does not undo completed saves or remove the resulting recipes or plans. Deleting Zavorium app data does not by itself delete separately stored ZiggyBot conversation history. See the Privacy Policy for details and available deletion options.

You may request deletion of your Zavorium app data through the in-app account deletion flow. The flow is designed to remove core Zavorium records such as profile, personalization, notification preferences, app-local allowance data, favorites, reviews, and dedicated meal plans. It does not automatically delete your central Zideons SSO account, shared wallet, purchases, orders, refunds, reservations, or transaction ledger; those account-wide records are managed separately.

Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including AI tools, voice features, meal-planning tools, Zideons Credits allowances, and admin workflows. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the content, features, or outputs will be accurate, complete, suitable, or continuously available.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zavorium and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service, including reliance on user-generated or AI-generated content.

Optional Analytics and Cookie Choices

With your consent, Zavorium uses Google Analytics 4 for aggregate visitor and engagement reporting. Analytics is not required to use the service, Global Privacy Control disables it, and Cookie Settings lets you reject or revoke analytics consent. Details about the categories collected and excluded are provided in the Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and stored.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service as the product changes. When material updates are made, we may revise the date at the top of this page and publish the updated terms here.
