Welcome

These Terms of Service govern your use of Zavorium. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

What the Service Does

Zavorium lets users create, save, and share recipes; manage favorites and reviews; plan meals; maintain shopping lists and pantry inventory; and use AI-assisted tools such as recipe generation, pantry dish generation, meal-plan generation, image generation, voice input, and voice-assisted search.

Acceptable Use

You May

Create recipes and meal-planning content for personal or community use
Use the available AI tools within the limits shown in the app
Use text and supported voice features to search or create content
Save favorites, leave reviews, and manage your own account settings
Contact support about bugs, account issues, or feature requests

You May Not

Post content you do not have the right to use or share
Impersonate other people, misrepresent affiliation, or abuse admin or account systems
Probe, attack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app, infrastructure, or security features
Attempt to evade Z-Coin limits, daily resets, moderation controls, or anti-abuse protections
Use the service for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, spammy, or abusive activity

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account
You must keep your login credentials and access to your devices secure
The app uses inactivity timeouts and session controls for security
Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization

User Content

Your Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to host, store, display, process, moderate, and share that content through the service.

License to Operate the Service

By submitting content, you grant Zavorium a non-exclusive license to use, host, copy, store, display, modify for formatting or technical operation, and distribute that content as needed to run and improve the service.

Public and Private Content

Recipes you mark as public may be shown in listings, search results, and recipe pages. Recipes you mark as private are intended to be visible only to you and admins. Reviews, ratings, and certain profile details you choose to share may also be visible to other users or visitors.

AI Features and Food Safety

Important: AI-generated recipes, meal plans, pantry ideas, images, ingredient suggestions, and related outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or unsuitable for your needs.

You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated output before relying on it. Always verify ingredients, allergens, nutrition assumptions, temperatures, cooking times, storage guidance, and food safety practices. Zavorium does not provide medical, nutritional, allergy, or professional culinary advice.

Z-Coins and Feature Limits

The service includes Z-Coin-based feature gating for certain AI actions. Standard users may receive a daily free allowance, and different actions may consume different amounts. Limits, balances, and allowances may change over time to support operations, manage abuse, or reflect product changes.

Z-Coins, whether granted for free or purchased, have no cash value, are not redeemable for money or monetary credit, and may be used only within participating Zideons apps and services. Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, Z-Coins are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.

Current state: the scanned codebase supports daily allowances, wallet balances, usage ledgers, and admin adjustments. It does not currently implement a live public purchase flow for coin packs.

Moderation and Enforcement

We may review content and account activity to enforce these terms, protect the service, investigate abuse, and support users. We may remove content, limit features, suspend access, or delete accounts if we believe there has been misuse, policy violations, unlawful conduct, or risk to the platform or other users.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account through the in-app account deletion flow. Based on the current implementation, deletion is designed to remove core personal records such as profile, personalization, notification preferences, wallet data, favorites, reviews, and dedicated meal plans.

Recipes after deletion: if your recipes remain on the platform after account deletion, the application is designed to detach ownership fields and clear direct identifiers so that remaining recipe content is no longer tied to your deleted account.

Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including AI tools, voice features, meal-planning tools, Z-Coin allowances, and admin workflows. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the content, features, or outputs will be accurate, complete, suitable, or continuously available.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zavorium and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service, including reliance on user-generated or AI-generated content.

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and stored.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service as the product changes. When material updates are made, we may revise the date at the top of this page and publish the updated terms here.
